Reception will be open throughout the event for any questions you may have. If Reception is closed, there will be a phone number of the door to contact in emergencies.
Reception will be the lost child point. We may use the mobile number provided on your booking to contact you if one of your young people becomes lost. Please let us know if you need to change this number.
Leaders should be responsible for the young people in their care at all times.
Please ensure all adults in your group have read and are aware of the Young People First Yellow Card.
