For those who would like to, we offer courses and support in gaining Scout permits and NGB qualifications and provide opportunities to get involved instructing during events and sessions for groups and events on site.

We offer a flexible, youth led program catering to the young people who attend, focusing on activities and learning opportunities you want!
We are based at Woodhouse Park Activity Centre and have access to all of the facilities there for training and courses as well as assisting at the large-scale events that take place there.
We meet once a month on the third Tuesday 8-9.30pm, plus weekends when events and any other training that requires longer. The cost for the Tuesday evening sessions is £3.
Intrepid is run by Alexandra, Tom, and Josh.
They all have instructing experience/qualifications in many activities on centre, as well as years as freelancers and coaches.
We will also have access to the Woodhouse Park instructors and equipment so many opportunities depending on what you are interested in.
You will see the sessions on OSM as events, with all the info you need to be able to sign up to each.

We run an application day several times throughout the year for potential new starters – during the day you will come along and meet us. As well as getting the opportunity to take part in some activities to see if Intrepid is a good fit for you.
