Our tented villages are made up of tunnel tents, complete with comfortable mattresses and a barn or marquee for catering in. Please note Check-in time is 2pm and Checkout by 12noon
Both villages can sleep 50+ people, in a mixture of 6 person Bell tents with additional 3 man tents available. Additional Plates etc will be required for groups above 50 please asked.
Amenities
- There are two toilet and shower blocks both with hot water. Our toilet blocks are all non gender.
- We have Adult only 18+ toilets/showers within walking distance of both villages
- The Tented Village is available from March to October.
- If you have too many people, you can also book adjacent camping pitches for your own tents.
Site Amenities

- Wifi is available from the Trym Village.
- The site shop in reception sells a variety of items, including drinks, sweets, badges, gifts, hot drinks, and a selection of cakes. We can open the site shop at any time, but ask you to give us advance notice where possible.
- We do not currently provide waste disposal, and visitors will need to take their waste and recycling when they leave – if this is not possible, please contact us and we may be able to make alternate arrangements (additional charges will apply).
- Please do not park cars on the fileds

Included in the Trym Village
The barn in the Trym Village also includes a gas oven and stoves.
Included in the Severn Village
The marquee in the Severn Village is suitable for groups and includes the use of a basic kitchen. Please note there is no oven in this village.

Booking & Payments
- You can see availability and instantly book the Tented Village using our online booking system.
- A 20% deposit will be required to reserve the Tented Village, with the balance due one week before arrival.
- There is a minimum charge of 12 people per night for the Tented Village.
- Please contact us if you would like to pay by bank transfer.

Availability
Check-in
Check-in to residential buildings is available from 2pm on the day of your arrival. Groups should be checked out by 12 noon on the day of your departure.
Please ensure the buildings are left in a clean and tidy state, with any waste taken away for disposal.
