Failure to settle invoices 14 days prior to arrival may result in the booking being cancelled or spaces reallocated.
Any reduction in number of participants with less than 14 days notice prior to the session will be charged at full rate, no refund or credit will be offered for non-attendance.

Please ensure you leave all our accommodation how you found it! You will receive a checklist on arrival and must return this to ensure you have cleaned the building. Failure to leave the building clean will result in additional charges.
Whilst our team does it best to ensure facilities are kept clean, tidy and restocked it is the users responsibility to clean toilets for its users and a small supply of equipment and chemicals can be found in each toilet area. Please contact our duty manager if you need assistance.
Many people Still dont have access to safe and affordable period products. Our wonderful team of volunteers have provided free products should you need them. They can be found in our buildings and reception just ask a member of the team.
We can provide a limited supply of bedding. Bed sheets, pillows, quilts and covers for the indoor accommodation for and additional charge. Please contact the office team for more information.
