For your own safety:

  • wear comfortable clothing suitable for the activity – preferably trousers or long shorts and no bare midriffs.
  • wear sensible footwear – trainers are ideal, no flip flops/crocs or open toed shoes
  • remove jewellery.
  • tie back long hair.
  • empty pockets

Dogs are welcome, where necessary, but must be kept on a lead at all times.

Refreshments are available during your visit in reception.

We cater for all sizes of groups and have a wide variety of activities available.

Our activities are designed to go ahead, whatever the weather, so be prepared to get wet and muddy with suitable clothing. Many of our activities can be run indoors, or in a marquee if needed.

We do not provide storage for valuables or personal belongings, and recommend leaving them at home, or leaving them with a leader or friend who is not taking part in the activity.

Start of Session

Just before the start of your session, go to Reception and you will be given the backwoods cooking box, and directions to the backwoods cooking area. Please return this to Reception after your session. When you finish your session, please ensure you have cleaned all the equipment and left the area tidy.
