Avon Scouts Volunteer Event

This event is our way of saying THANK YOU for all the hard work, time and dedication you give to Scouting.

We couldn’t do it without you!

When: 26th September 2026 5pm-10pm

Where: Woodhouse Park Activity Centre

What: A chilled out all adult evening, including live music, pig roast, disco and free overnight camping available!

Yes please, booking in advance is required so we can ensure we provide enough food and drinks.

All adult event- anyone who volunteers in any way for Avon County Scouts, partners are welcome.

Yes- free camping is available overnight at Woodhouse Park on 26th September

Yes- a free pig roast (with vegetarian option) is available, along with a bar.
