Our Birthday Party packages are specially designed to deliver adventurous and challenging experiences for young people, in a beautiful location and at a price which represents excellent value for money.

What’s Included?

  • Free use of a large marquee or outdoor space, including picnic benches, for up to an hour after your party.
  • 1.5 hours of your chosen activity (for up to 12 people) led by one of our fully qualified instructors.
  • 30 minutes of either Laser Tag, or the Adventure Course, this is a self-led activity.
  • A selection of drinks, including tea, coffee, squash and water is available free from the shop.

Please feel free to arrive up to half an hour before your party starts to set up your venue.

As most activities will be outside please ensure your child is prepared with the following:

  • Comfortable clothes
  • Warm clothing in winter
  • Sunscreen and hat during the summer
  • Waterproof clothing
  • A water bottle
  • Closed toe footwear – such as sturdy trainers or boots
  • Long Hair should be tied back in a low pony tail
  • A complete change of clothes and a towel

Please let your party host have the following:

  • Any additional or medical needs your child may have, including any allergies or medication they may need to have with them.
  • An emergency contact number for you during the party.

Step 1 – Pick your date and activities

Need somewhere to have some party food? Use our marquee and picnic benches at no extra cost, or hire our indoor venue, pizza oven, and bbqs to make your party extra special!

Step 3 – Make your booking

Step 4 – Set up & Celebrate!

Your party venue will be available up to 30 minutes before your party starts, giving you plenty of time to set up before everyone arrives, and your party includes a whole hour in your chosen venue after your activities!

Don’t forget:

  • A selection off food & drinks – you could do a buffet style, or for something novel, book our BBQ or pizza oven.
  • Tablecloths, plates, cups and napkins.
  • Balloons, banners, and other decorations, as well as some tape or bluetac.
  • A birthday cake and candles.

Please do not bring confetti or party poppers.

  1. Birthday Parties cannot be extended into over night camping on site. 
  2. Payment must be made in full by cash or card at the time of booking.
  3. Bookings will only be accepted by a parent or person with parental responsibility.
  4. Once you have made your booking, we will send you a email confirming the details of your booking. You have 7 days, from the day of booking, to check these details and inform us if any of the details are incorrect. A refund after this time will only be given on production of a doctor’s note, less an administration fee of £25.
  5. Maximum of 24 participants for Low Adventure, Target Adventure and High Adventure (Clip & Climb). Maximum of 12 participants for High Adventure (Abseil & Crate Stack) and Extreme Adventure.
  6. The party will run from the times stated on your booking confirmation. Late arrivals will result in a shorter session.
  7. Activities will take place in poor weather. Should there be severe weather i.e. Gale force winds or lightning, then we will inform you of Woodhouse Parks decision to continue with the Activity Day.
  8. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian booking the party to ensure that all persons are correctly supervised, and that they have been provided the information for parents above.
  9. Publicity photographs may be taken. Please inform Woodhouse Park Activity centre if you do not wish your child to be photographed.
  10. Children displaying inappropriate or antisocial behaviour may be excluded from the party without refund.
  11. All persons using Woodhouse Park Activity centre are required to comply with the rules of the Centre.
  12. Woodhouse Park reserves the right to terminate any booking, which fails to meet these conditions. In these circumstances no refund will be given.
  13. The parent/guardian booking the party must inform all guests that no dogs are allowed on site, except guide dogs.
