In Sumo Wrestling, two players don their protective padded sumo wrestling suits and face off across the padded mat. The object is to be the last player left standing or the last player left inside the Sumo arena. The sumo wrestling suits come complete with padded headgear for added safety.
Self-Led Activity
This is a self-led, you will get access to the activity space and all the equipment needed to run a 90 minute session.
As the Leader in Charge you are responsible for the supervision of your group, including ensuring the safety of all participants. You should complete a risk assessment for your activity.
