Details | An opportunity for young people from all Girlguiding sections to take part in an exciting day of activities, working towards badges and having fun! |
Availability | There are 800 places available (including adults) – we recommend booking soon to ensure you get a place. |
Cost | £35 per young person, plus any additional charge by groups to cover catering, transport, etc. £15 per adult. Includes a free night’s camping on Saturday Night. |
Bookings | Booking should be done via the link below. Please note if you have a mixed group of day visitors/campers, you will need to do two separate bookings. |
Day Visits | The event is being done as a day event, with the option to camp on Saturday night. |
Activities | Over 50 activities provided by Woodhouse Park will be on offer on the Sunday, including a number of exciting new activities. Group leaders will need to help supervise the majority of self-led activities – please be sure to take this into consideration when doing your planning and risk assessments. Shop | The site shop will be open throughout the weekend, selling a variety of badges, clothing, hot & cold drinks, sweets & snacks, and more! Cash and card are accepted – we recommend young people bring around £10. |
Arrivals & Departures | The centre will be open from 6pm Saturday through to Sunday evening for those staying overnight. For young people visiting for the day, arrival is between 9-9:30am and departure is between 4-4:30pm. |
Booking Policy
Payment is due for all bookings 28 days before the event – bookings which are still due at this point may be cancelled. Please note all event bookings and spaces are non-refundable.

Filming and Photography
Please note that our media team will be taking photos, videos and audio recordings throughout the event, which may be used for social media and marketing purposes.
Volunteer Staff
This event would not be possible without our amazing team of volunteer staff. There will be a wide range or roles available, from running activities, or the shop, traffic management, site services, staff catering, or even taking photos and videos and updating our social media.
