What’s Happening?

Woodhouse Park Activity Centre is transitioning to being manged by Avon Scouts, after Scout Adventures ended their lease on the centre (read about the transition). The centre had been closed for nearly 18 months due to covid, so a new volunteer team are slowly reopening the centre. As soon as each activity is checked and is safe to run, we will list it on our activities page, where you can also see the availability and book sessions. All groups must book in advance via a new online booking system.

For the time being, the site will be run differently, by a volunteer service team who will assist during site opening times as well as carrying out general maintenance. Read more about the volunteer service teams and how to get involved.

The Woodhouse Park Management Team will constantly review any changes to the covid guidance as set by the Scout Association and the Government. This means the centre rules and availability may change with short notice.
